New Scientist - Choco-not as we know it

Nice to be back on New Scientist drawing duties. This recent illustration was to illustrate an article where scientists where swapping the fat out of chocolate and replacing it with agar (the stuff used in petri dishes!) to create a healthier chocolate. Personally I'll stick the 70% dark and just eat less.

University College Hospital

Peepshow Collective and Studio EMMI have helped bring play into the corridors of the children's and young adults' wards at University College Hospital in Euston, London.

The nine-month project funded by UCLH Charity - run by Creative Directors Chrissie Macdonald and Emmi Salonen - has transformed clinical white walls with vibrant graphics and engaging images that provide a more welcoming environment.

Prema Gallery Exhibition

I'm showing at the Prema Arts Gallery until the 11th of October (it's near Stroud). The work is inspired by my two daughters and the work of Dick Bruna. All prints are A2 and priced at a very reasonable £50. If you're local pop along and check it out with some cake, which is very good indeed.

Finally in print (published by Penguin) is my Modern Parent's ABC, created with my friend Joel Rickett. It's a fun poke at your typical ABC books and is squarely aimed at middle class parent's. You can like it here, read about it here and pre-order a copy over at  Amazon . It's due in bookshops from October.

Mindful

I produced these for the new mental health charity Mindful via M&C Saatchi - read about the project here  . Unfortunately they weren't successful,. However it was good to be involved in giving something back.
